RATYAULEE GEET
Its a kind of song which is sing
in the particular time of wedding ceremony. According to Nepali culture the boy (husband)
should have to go with some people (called in nepali "JANTI") into
the girl's house to bring her as a wife. When the boy goes to the girl's home
then the time vacuum is created in boy's home. At that vacuum time some women
gather there and start to sing a kind of song that is known as RATYAULEE SONG.
In such kind of song they include some unusual words (related to sex and sex
organs). And they performed dance according to words of song. At that time there
is not allowed to attend the male person. This kind of performance should finish
before arriving the boy with her wife.

"TAMANG" represents a cast of Nepal. It is an indigenous community with own language and culture. Basically In Sindhupalchowk, Kavreplanchok, Dolakha district is the major living place of the tamang community. In this community a kind of song and dance is very popular that is "TAMANG SELO". This kind of song sings with the rhythm of "DAMPHU". (DAMPHU is a kind of musical instruments made by leather and wood.) Always male plays the DAMPHU and male female both can perform the song by expressing heir different kind of feelings like, love, sorrow etc.

SHORHATHI
"SORATHI" is a kind of
folk dance of Nepal. Gurung, Magars, Duras community is traditionally performing
this dance. It means that this dance represents Gurung, Magars, Duras
community. These are the indigenous community of the Nepal. Basically it is
popular in the western part of the Nepal. It is group dance. Songs also
performs in group.

JHYAURE DANCE
"JHYURE" dance
represent the western part of the Nepal. In this kind of dance firstly the rhythm
and song plays slowly but in second and third round the rhythm and song goes very
fast. The dance performer also should perform his/her performance very fast
which is very entertaining. Basically it
is the culture of Gurung and Magar communities.
